Signing Form

The difference between a letter and a signing form:

  • Letter has a line for your signature on the bottom.
  • Signing Form has either one or two lines on it with places for client, legally responsible person, witness, etc to sign and then a date field on right.

Choose the client and go to the last TAB in their Client Details, labelled 'Reports'. Select the particular form by choosing arrow to left of Signing Form.

Reports TAB

You will be brought to a Data Entry Screen with the bank of signing forms that you generally create.

Signing Form Template Modification

If you choose the 'eye' icon to the right of any signing form, a popup window will give the details of the template.

Signature Form Edit

Assign Signing Form to a category, I suspect it would most often be client. Change its title so you know what you are looking for in the list. And then make changes to the body of the signing form that will be available whenever you need it, at the click of a button.

At the bottom i a 'Row's>' radio button to determine whether you need one row or two rows for signing. You can choose the labels under the rows. Be sure and put the label 'Date' under the right bottom line.

The rest is the same as creating and viewing the letter.
