Correspondence

Information Sheet

The difference between a letter, a signing form, and an Information Sheet:

  • Letter has a line for your signature on the bottom.
  • Signing Form has either one or two lines on it with places for client, legally responsible person, witness, etc to sign and then a date field on right.
  • Information Sheet has no signature line.

Choose the client and go to the last TAB in their Client Details, labelled 'Reports'. Select the particular form by choosing arrow to left of Information Sheet.

Reports TAB

You will be brought to a Data Entry Screen with the bank of Information Sheets that you generally give to clients.

Information Sheet Template Modification

If you choose the 'eye' icon to the right of any information sheet, a popup window will give the details of the template.

Assign it to a category, I suspect it would most often be client. Change its title so you know what you are looking for in the list. And then make changes to the body of the info sheet that will be available whenever you need it, at the click of a button.

The rest is the same as creating and viewing other correspondence.
