Setting up your forms

NoteBuilder allows you to quickly create Letters, Signing Forms, and Information Sheets. They are all built in the same way. You can get a sense of the differences between them by viewing the three samples.

If you look at the difference between the headers in the Letter vs the Information Sheet you will see you have a choice as to the display of any correspondence you create. You may use plain text or, if you have a fancy letterhead in electronic form, you can import some jpgs to be used as header and footer on the forms.
You have to choose which to use in your 'Group Details'. Go to "Preferences>Settings and click the 'Manage Groups' button.

The bottom radio button, 'CORRESPONDENCE' asks if you want Text (T) or JPGs (J) to be used. If you select J you may click the button labelled 'Set JPGs' to put the header and footer in.

The directions give the size of the two headers.Right click in the fields to load the media. If you already have an electronic version of your letterhead you can cut out the top and bottom with a program like HyperSnap. If you want to email it to us we will set it up for you.
Text: Click the third TAB in Manage Groups, 'Headers' and you will see in the upper right a box labelled 'Release of Information/Text for Letterheads'.

If this is filled out it will be brought in to the program along with you Signature Line and Phone from Employees.
Once this is done you can create a sample letter. Choose the client and go to the last TAB in their Client Details, labelled 'Reports'. Select the particular form by choosing arrow to left of desired form.
